I am trying to change my skin in minecraft and have it apply to offline play, I have it working for online play but I am offline more often than not. I am using 1.9.4. I have tried finding and replacing the "steve.png" but it the file doesnt appear. pls help. I have never played a console version, but on the PC version skins are not an in- game feature.
